Sell smarter.
Control operations.
Grow with confidence.
SwiftPOS brings sales, inventory, purchasing, customer accounts, reporting and installable business modules into one secure workspace built for everyday operations.
Sales, purchases, stock and customer balances stay connected.
Use POS or full-form sales with the same pricing and settlement engine.
Packages can control locations, users, products and module access.
Add business capabilities through installable platform modules.
Everything your team needs to keep the business moving
SwiftPOS connects the workflows that normally live in separate spreadsheets, tills and stock books.
Sales & payments
POS and standard sales entry, quotations, drafts, suspended sales, discounts, taxes, payment notes and multiple payment methods.
Inventory control
Track stock by product and location, variations, transfers, adjustments, opening stock, counts, lots, serials and stock history.
Purchasing & suppliers
Manage purchases, receiving, supplier balances, payments, purchase returns, supplier credits and landed inventory movement.
Reports & decisions
Follow sales, profit, receivables, payables, stock health and operational trends with location-aware reporting.
Customers & accounts
Keep customer balances, payments, advances, return credits, statements and sales history tied to the same account.
Installable modules
Extend SwiftPOS with capabilities such as HRM and Manufacturing while keeping package entitlement and tenant access controlled.
One platform. Different ways of doing business.
Configure products, permissions, locations, pricing and modules around the way your business actually works.
From transaction to inventory to management insight
Every sale can update stock, customer balances, register activity and reporting. Purchases flow into inventory and supplier accounts. Optional modules extend that same data model instead of creating disconnected systems.

Build the operating system your business needs
SwiftPOS keeps the core application focused, then lets platform modules add specialised capability without fragmenting your data.
Employees, attendance, payroll groups, earnings, deductions and scheduled payroll workflows.
Recipes, routings, work orders, stock transformation, processing costs, yield and dimensional timber support.
Installable capabilities can be surfaced through packages and protected by the same tenant and permission model.
Know what you are getting before you start
SwiftPOS is designed to keep operational rules explicit—from package limits to permissions and stock movement.
Start registrationCan SwiftPOS support more than one business location?+
Yes. Location capacity is controlled by the selected subscription package, and users can be restricted to the locations they are allowed to access.
Does a variable product count every variation against my package limit?+
No. The product quota counts active main products. Variations belong to their parent product and do not consume additional main-product slots.
Can I use both POS and a normal sales-entry screen?+
Yes. SwiftPOS supports the POS workspace and a conventional Add Sale page while using the same core pricing, payment and stock rules.
Can packages control access to modules such as HRM or Manufacturing?+
Yes. Package entitlements can include installable business modules, while user roles and permissions still control what an individual user can do inside an entitled module.
Can I upgrade to a package with higher limits later?+
Yes. Package limits are designed to grow with the business. SwiftPOS also prevents a downgrade that would silently place existing active usage above the selected package limits.
